Dear colleagues,

beside Monika Yadav, who gave the seminar today, ODU has hired a second
assistant professor in the accelerator-related cluster hire. Her name
is Qianqian Su and I suggest she also gives a seminar to present herself
and her research. She has previously worked on plasma accelerators at
UCLA and developed codes to predict and optimize the performance of
plasma-based accelerators. But I believe, she should give you the title
of her talk herself.
