[Ace] User cryo not in group chlops

[Brian Bevins]

Can we add user cryo to group chlops? I was very surprised o find that t 
wasn't a member and this temporarily help up a test of the cryo apps 
that had been moved into CSUE. Is there a special reason that cryo was 
left out of chlops?
