[Ace] B2600's in Service

The following machines need to be around for some time for various reasons:

opsrv    (until we get off framemaker)
devsrv   (until we get off framaker and the Omniback Cell manager is moved)
opslm    ( until all license management is moved to linux) 
alarm1   (until migration to opsla0)
 
devh00  (login host for legacy ops apps) 
opsh00  (compile host for developers)

The rest can be taken out of service as soon as they aren't actually doing anything.

I had already considered harvesting devh01 as our spare but it would be nice to have as many of these taken out of service as possible.
