[Ace] NOTICE: Your Accelerator password has not been updated

The original e-mail said we had to change by the end of the month. If 
7-22 is the new deadline, it would be worth calling attention to this 
fact. I almost skipped reading this automatic message since I thought I 
already knew what it said.
