I have begun hitting them as much as possible this morning via remote desktop.  I am going to go hit some right now and when I return I will provide a list of those completed so we don't overlap.  I have found that the script isn't working consistently.  Thought I had it ironed out.

Ace Team,

I have parsed Brad's spreadsheet for individuals that will need to have their IP/DHCP setup changed and created a list with office numbers and system names.  We want to complete this conversion by Friday so that when they plug their computers in over at TEDF it will all work without any reconfiguration on their (or our) part.  They can be converted to DHCP in place now and still have everything work and over the weekend we will update their information in JNET/DNS so everything will work with their new configuration when they plug into the JLAB network in TEDF.  Adam, David, Theo or I will visit each user tomorrow or friday and perform their conversion for them.

Everyone else is either already on the JLAB network or will remain on our network and thus need no reconfiguration.  They just need to use the proper port.  Brad has said that he will provide this guidance to the ENG staff.
