[Ace] ENG TEDF system changes

Ace Team,

The following systems were removed from our DNS and added to the 
Computer Center's DNS space via JNET.  Please note that Desktop 2 ran 
out of IP space half-way through adding these systems.  After conferring 
with David and Brent, I added the rest to Desktop 1.  Admin requirements 
will be sorted out later.  Kelly Mahoney's system was not regiestered so 
I sent him an email with directions on how to register once he gets his 
system up over there (it has been removed from our side).

This should make the transition pretty easy for the most part but we 
should be prepared to lend assistance.
