[Ace] acclogin scripts

The following scripts are now available on the acclogin server and are in your path on any ACC system.  They are an attempt to provide easy commands for common tasks for people once our network is completely firewalled.  Please try them and provide any feedback.  One use case is in the putty configuration for someone on a PC.  A simple putty configuration such as the following would completely replicate what people currently do with the exception using a two-factor login instead of the standard password.

Host: acclogin
Command: "accmenu ops"

Scripts:
--------

accmenu - given a fiefdom name, it opens the default menubar for that fiefdom on the login server for that fiefdom.
           Example: accmenu ops

edmlaunch - - given a fiefdom name, it launches edm in the default manner for that fiefdom on the login server for that fiefdom.
           Example: edmlaunch chl


accterm - given a fiefdom name, it opens a shell on the login server for that fiefdom.
          Example: accterm ops
