[Ace] [New Logentry] Patching due to urgent OpenSSL security flaw

A serious flaw in the certain versions of the openssl package was discovered.  We were asked to patch all affected systems immediately.   We have patched all affected systems and verified that the versions of openssl on non-affected systems are old enough not to have this security flaw.  Aside from restarting some of the web servers, this work was able to be done without restart or reboot.  Systems that have not been patched recently (like the file servers) are not affected and will skip this version of openssl during their normal patching during the down.
