[Ace] TrendWeb.cab plug in

Hi Erik,
SRF uses a web tool in IE to look at our facility data.  The first time the web page is launched it prompts the user for permission to auto download and install TrendWeb.cab from the Canary Labs web site.  Most people do not have admin rights to install the plugIn.  How would you suggest we make the plug in available to SRF desktop compters?
