[Ace] [New Logentry] chlfs2 migrated to RHEL6

The backup chl file server chlfs2 has been upgrade/replaced with RHEL6.  Since it is just a passive backup this should cause no interruption or change in the CHL environment.  This was done in anticipation of the upgrade/replacement of chlfs itself on Monday.
