[Ace] [New Logentry] RHEL build disk updated to 6.5

The RHEL 6 automated build disk was updated to 6.5.  This was to:

-bring in support for new hardware
- speed up patching
- allow for improvements to the build process (like being able to restart the questions and select more partition styles.

The custom build system development is in kept in /usr/csmsite/sysfiles/rhel-6-ia32/build/
