[Ace] [New Logentry] EOS fiefdom decomissioned

The fiefdom formally known as EOS has been decomssioned.  This means that it has been removed from the automount maps, link trees, config files and the backup system.  A long process of removing dependancies in these fiefdom (booting IOCs, etc..) was taken.  Any scripts that reference the following should be updated with a more correct path (/usr/opssite, /usr/devdata, /usr/opsuser, etc...) as these no longer exist (and have not for some time).

- /usr/eosuser 
- /usr/eossite 
- /usr/eosdata 

- /usr/hlbuser 
- /usr/hlbsite 
- /usr/hlbdata 

- /usr/hlauser 
- /usr/hlasite 
- /usr/hladata
