The system main board for opsweb failed. Normally we would pull a spare (or decommission something similar) of the shelf and have the system back up but this system runs several license managers that are tied to the hardware.  We are currently building a VM (which was our long term plan anyway) to replace the system and will be getting the proper license files to get the license managers back on-line. Note that during the rebuild, those using the network licenses for Matlab will not be able to use Matlab.
