[Ace] [Controls_dept] Moving PIOCs on opsla0 and opsbat0 This Afternoon

Every time we need to address some sort of hardware/software issue (which we are intermittently having now on opsla0), it brings down the PIOC which causes a bit of grief.  Our thought was give each a VM would mean that we would rarely have to mess with them.
