[Ace] opsla0 alh/pioc issues heads up

I just got a call at my desk from the control room indicating that they 
are having problems with the alarm handlers on opsla0. The pioc that 
serves alh on opsla0 was moved to a VM opsla2 today for reasons relating 
to opsla0 hardware issues. Ops apparently rebooted opsla0 and now cannot 
get it back up. I advised them to contact Sys Admin on-call to get the 
machine running. SW on-call may then need to be involved in getting the 
alarm handlers back up. Page me if needed.
