[Ace] [New Logentry] MCC Display Wall Computer Replaced with Linux system

After several intermittent hardware failures of MCC Display wall computer "opswall," we moved forward our plan to convert the system to a standard RHEL 6 Linux system.  The only missing functionality at this point is the O-Scope.  We will work with operations to complete a solution that integrates this into the current java viewer framework.
