[Ace] [New Logentry] UPS for Control Room Fixed

The UPS had four failed battery modules.  Erik and I rebuilt all the battery packs and replaced one control board.  The unit is now full functional again.  I will switch the room back to UPS power after coordinating with the on-call crew chief and those utilizing the room.  Thanks to Erik for leading this effort.
