[Ace] Moving SRF User Home Directories Today - Bigger List

After some back and forth, I got permission to move a more complete list:

OPSUSER:

Hopefully this will minimize future issues when we want to do work in OPS and DEV.

I wanted to warn you all that I will be moving the following home directories today in order to minimize future cross-fiefdom issues in SRF in the future.  I just wanted you to be aware in case anyone starts complaining.

The following will be moved to /usr/srfuser
/usr/devuser/cheng
/usr/devuser/kdavis
/usr/devuser/grenoble
/usr/devuser/king
/usr/opsuser/powers
/usr/devuser/jtkent
