[Ace] Power outages in building 85 on Tuesday

I want to be sure everyone is aware of the power outages we will see in building 85 on Tuesday, April 6.  All of the breakers in the building's power panels will be cycled over about 45 minutes of time, so we will need to provide system recovery support as warranted. The ATList task:
