[Ace] RHEL 7.9 Build Images

I have created/updated the RHEL 7 build image to have the latest installer version.  Hopefully this will fix the new hardware incompatibilities.  We may need to pursue RHEL 8 soon though since the they will not be updating 7.9 much longer.

The make USB script now warns you that you must use Rufus to make the image if you want to use it in  EFI mode.

Please note that this script will not produce a USB drive
that will boot in EFI mode, only BIOS mode.
Please use Rufus on windows to create a USB install drive

I will make a bunch of USB  drives and put them in the cabinet with the tapes and KT Fobs.  If you need to make one right away just do as it shows above,
