Zoom has been installed on all RHEL 7 systems but it has some very bad defaults. In order to use the GOV version, you have to modify the config file it creates and change a value. We are working of doing this automatically for everyone but in the meantime, if you want to use Zoom on linux, you can follow the procedure below. I have doe this for anyone that had the file already created that was in OPS.

1/ Launch the app the first time. There is a shortcut in the menus or the command in an xterm is "zoom"
2/ Edit the file ~/.config/zoomus.conf and change the following variable from false to true. You can also use the command below to make the change:

EDIT the file:
vi ~.config/zoomus/conf
enableCloudSwitch=false
  becomes
enableCloudSwitch=true

OR if you are brave:
perl -i -pe 's/enableCloudSwitch=false/enableCloudSwitch=true/g' ~/.config/zoomus.conf

3/ Re-launch zoom. When asked for the SSO domain, change it to zoomgov.com. The domain then becomes jlab-org.zoomgov.com (notice the dash and not a dot jlab-org)
