[Ace] [New Logentry] OPS NX Servers Rebooted to Increase Resources

All four OPS NX servers were rebooted in order to increase their number of CPUs and double their memory.  In addition, we implemented a new load-balancing routine base on CPU load and number of sessions instead of round-robin.  They are all back up and were only offline for a couple of miinutes.
