[Ace] [New Logentry] iocch1a - odd console behavior

In investigating some reported console problems with two console servers in the injector (details below), one connection gave a shell restart error.  I believe this meant that the IOC may have rebooted.  I did not inital any key combination that might have done this or issued any command that would have done so.  I wanted to report it so that there was no mystery about the timing.

Here is the shell output:
