[ace] Teams Teams

I like the idea of segmenting things, however I too would like to be in the loop on all of them. I'm comfortable with Windows Admin being rolled into Support - I don't think it needs it's own section.

I kind of like the idea of having multiple categories in Teams to segment the areas of expertise. As a team/group I think most of, if not all of us should be on all of these so we stay in the loop of what is going on and most of our work is integrated in some way. Speaking for myself, if we go this route, I would like to be on all of them.

It has been bothered me a while that we could be making better use of teams but in a way that segments traffic a bit. I welcome suggestions here to solidify this idea. I want to make teams more useful but not more annoying. Mainly, I want to include Team member where they make sense but not inundate them with messages they would start to ignore. Looking at the current groups, I would suggest that we create something like the following and only members of our team that would make sense would be members of each.

JLab ACE
General - Everyone (our current dumping ground but less used with the implementation of those below, good for memes though).
Support - Daily Support Issues (whining about Joe Wilson or dealing with SN tickets)
On-Call - On-Call Issues (this is not the same as above since it has an urgent priority)
Apps - DB, Web and other App development issues
PC Purchase - Issues and Documentation relate to the PC Purchase Program
Raspberry Pi - Development related to rasberry pi
RHEL 9 - Development issues related to RHEL 9

We could add more like Linux Admin or Windows Admin, but we should triage this list once we have it.
Thanks,
Anthony
