It looks as if the zone had unstable power during a scheduled self-test of the UPS (unlucky).  The UPS seems fine and has no other alarms.  It recovered right after this even happened.  It's behavior to shutdown the outlets due to poor power is unusual though although not if it was testing the battery.  I have staged a replacement UPS in our setup area and we will replace the UPS the next opportunity just in case.  That said, I think this was an odd power event that is probably the cause of the other problems.
