[ace] Backup Environment Data Protector Updates to 10.91

I have updated our backup software from Data Protector 9.09 to 10.91.  The most current version is 11.03 but this drops support for RHEL 6.  The only version that supports RHEL 6, 7, and 9 is 10.91.  The upgrade went pretty straight forward but there were  a few bumps in the road.  I was able to patch most of these with asphalt  patches I got from home depot.  The tricky  one was that the RHEL 9 installation (the main reason for doing the upgrade) does not quite work quite right.  I have found a work-around that I will document.  This means that our backup system can now accommodate RHEL 6-9.  I will allow the system to run for a few weeks and then I will clone the database to SSDs to make it faster.  My awesomeness amazes even me.
