Thank you for the update. You would still have access to the software and support for the duration you paid for, but the account would be considered cancelled after the expiration of the term nor would you receive a renewal invoice in the future.

I sent the renewal invoice in mid-August to you, and it went unanswered. Simply ignoring an invoice does not terminate service, and we do our best to send invoices well in advance as we did in this case.

The current invoice # 23012079 for period 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2024 is still due and owing.

Will Unicom then refund the maintenance payment since you will not be providing any software or services during the next term?  Honestly, I have been renewing our contracts for 25 years including this one and I have never heard of a company wanting to be paid for renewal just to cancel it.   In any case, why would be pay the full year instead of 60 days since I have given you basically 30 days notice now?

Send me the form.  I will fill it out.  We have been carrying this product for more than 20 years with honestly almost no usage except once every year or so on odd problems.  We have considered dropping it for years without even using it.  The developer finally left.  It is not even installed in a usable way.
