I am experiencing painfully slow page loads etc., when logging into a <br>
computer located in TED 1545. Brad Sawatzky suggested you might be able <br>
to upgrade network hardware and improve the connectivity issues? Is <br>
this a possibility? If so, how should I initiate the process?<br>
