having issues connecting. This was particularly noticeable for folks using the remote access script that Marty wrote and delivered prior to the pandemic.

might create a lot of SNs and questions. Do you think an email from CST would alleviate some of these or just cause more questions and confusion?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
