[acg] Migration of softIOCs and apps from opsbat3

The RHEL 6 system opsbat3 will be rebuilt as a RHEL 7 node once all of the softIOCs have been migrated to other opsbat nodes.  Please migrate any softIOCs or applications that are running on opsbat3 to one of the opsbatX systems that are REHL 7 as the schedule and your time allows.  Two new nodes were deployed for this purpose:  opsbat6 and opsbat 7.  That means that the following hosts are valid for softIOCs or applications:
