[acg] Power Outage in 87 Tomorrow Morning

Even though the ATlis task does not reference our building at all, it came out in the meetings that this will affect 87 as well.  It is supposted to start at 9am and has an estimate of 4 hours.  The items in the telecom room should be unaffected, just the individual workstations in the building.
