[acg] Team, Outlook and OneDrive on RHEL 9

I wanted to remind people that Teams, Outlook and OneDrive (as well as other apps) are available on RHEL 9 as Progressive Web Apps (PWA) for both Chrome and Edge.  I have found that Edge works a bit better and is easier to manage.  Installing them this way creates shortcuts in the GNOME and KDE Menus (so you can add them to your favorites or search for them) and allows you to run the apps seamlessly in their own private window.
