Looks like it's a BCM analog input from the BLA system. Kyle's name is attached to the latest software, but he's out for a week from today. It seems to be reading directly from hardware.

I am on call. This PV has been toggling back and forth between 5 and 12, causing ‘maxJuice’ problems. Who knows anything about this PV?
