[acg] CEBAF Schedule

Hi All,

We'll discuss the schedule at Wednesday's group meeting, but with activities planned for this week I think it makes sense to give a brief update now.  Wednesday sees the start of beam-related activities in the injector, with gun checkout.  Ops will attempt to get beam to FC1 / ILD Thursday & Friday, with beam to FC2 potentially slated for next Monday.  Below are a few different views of the schedule as it stands.

As we transition to operations, we will need to pay attention to on-call, and be ready to respond to issues are they arise.  Startup always seems to throw a few curveballs, and we have done a lot of work during this down.  SADM 2024 has been long and productive, and it is quickly drawing to a conclusion.
