[acg] Injector schedule update

Hi All,

Joe Grames mentioned in the 1:30 meeting that they plan to lock up the injector during a 2 to 3 week period starting in the latter part of August for gun commissioning work.  If you have tasks that that is dependent on, and you have any concerns about meeting that schedule, let me know so we can make a plan.

The latest on the broader schedule is that beam spin up is tentatively scheduled for January.
