[acg] Site access closed at night.

This was raised in this morning's meeting. Facilities management admitted they had been 'conducting an experiment' to assess traffic flow at night, that they did not inform anyone prior, and that they would be 'backing off this'.

I called the guards. They said they will be locking the gates around 10 or 10:30 PM. This includes the gate by the residence facility and the one that is being installed by camping world.

No, that would make too much sense. And I'm skeptical of your first statement.

This is probably the most craziest thing I have seen at the lab.

Didi they state what time they would be putting up barriers in the evening?

Folks, I know some of you occasionally (or even frequently) work late on site. See the email from Paul below.

Includes Rattley Road (by the Residence Facility), too.

Ops,
It was brought to our attention that the guards have been closing all access roads to the lab at night.

With running Days and Swings for Injector and later RF work, prior to leaving (you or anyone who is leaving before you), call the guard shack (Post #2) at 5822 and let them know you are leaving. They will meet you out at Lawrence and Jefferson (across from Camping World) to move and replace the barrier.

Once we start running Owls they may leave it open or come up with another solution.

Crew Chief's on Call, if coming in after hours, you may want to call them ahead of time to let them know when to expect you to get here and before you leave.
