  1.
Over time, the kitchen faucet becomes undone and of course sprays water. The swivel mechanism for the faucet is the same mechanism that tightens the faucet to the sink. Over time that loosens and the faucet becomes undone by the pressure of the water hence, spewing water.
  2.

  3.
Is it possible to make the hot water in the kitchenette "hotter"?
  4.

  5.
The lighting timer is an annoyance for those of us that work nonstandard hours.
  6.

  7.
It's too dang hot in the building, need a way for quality air circulation in the summer. I'm aware I'm probably the only one with that complaint....😉

Best Regards,
Ken

Subject: B87 Energy and Water Assessment

B87 residents:

I am meeting with Bryan Papaj from Facilities Management tomorrow as part of an energy and water assessment they are conducting, to include "HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, building envelope, and other equipment within the facility". They are interested in "how the building is used, any current issues, or any improvements that could be made". I'm not sure why I've been nominated as building representative, but I would be happy to raise any issues you want me to. Send me an email by tomorrow morning.

Thank you,

Gary

Hi Gary,

Vivash and I will be conducting an energy/water assessment of building 87 and we would like to meet with you to discuss the building. We will be looking at HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, building envelope, and other equipment within the facility. We would like to hear from you on how the building is used, any current issues, or any improvements that could be made. I put an hour on the calendar but our discussion should be about 15-20 min and then we conduct our walkthrough after.

Thanks,
