This new luring would provide hot water as you could just run a cycle without a pod in it.

I'd like to keep the old coffee pot. A sys admin is a machine for turning caffeine into configs.

We're now the proud owners of a new Keurig.

This is a tanked unit. Facilities are (allegedly) going to come back and plumb a water line so we can have a tankless one.

Does anyone want to keep the old Bunn as well?

B87 residents:

I am meeting with Bryan Papaj from Facilities Management tomorrow as part of an energy and water assessment they are conducting, to include "HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, building envelope, and other equipment within the facility". They are interested in "how the building is used, any current issues, or any improvements that could be made". I'm not sure why I've been nominated as building representative, but I would be happy to raise any issues you want me to. Send me an email by tomorrow morning.

Thank you,

Gary

Hi Gary,

Vivash and I will be conducting an energy/water assessment of building 87 and we would like to meet with you to discuss the building. We will be looking at HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, building envelope, and other equipment within the facility. We would like to hear from you on how the building is used, any current issues, or any improvements that could be made. I put an hour on the calendar but our discussion should be about 15-20 min and then we conduct our walkthrough after.

Thanks,
