Hi All,

First I apologize I won't be there to attend this meeting as I'm still out of town. I'll be back in Tuesday.

At this point I don't know any more about the details of this than you do, but I think it's worth stating that every person and position in this group is critical to the lab's mission and success. Hopefully any 'restructuring' that takes place will be on a voluntary-only basis.

We have an ACS meeting Wednesday where we can discuss more as a group. Thanks for your continued hard work.

In this meeting, I will announce the implementation of a workforce restructuring plan driven by priorities, designed to ready us for a multi-purpose mission and position us for future success.
