[acg] On-call schedule through Thanksgiving

Hi All,

We're already closing in on the last few weeks of the present on-call schedule.  I've updated the date range in the planning doc for the next period to bring us through Thanksgiving.

ACS staff, please indicate weeks you don't want to be on-call:
