<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;color:black">I just completed updating our blas/lapack configuration on all RHEL 9 systems. RedHat ships broken blas64 and lapack64 RPMs that ultimately break several tools needed
for operations (elegant, ArcSteer, etc.). Removing those RPMs and the blas-devel and lapack-devel RPMs, which provide the related header files, fixes the library configuration so our operations tools will work.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
