[acs] Gun HV processing and beam checkout

Folks,

CIS group will be performing gun HV processing and checkout next week beginning Monday August 19.  This will be followed by a week of 'beam studies' to characterize beam with the newly installed gun, beginning Monday August 26.

To support this, let's plan to pause any upgrade work on required injector iocs by the middle of this week to perform HCO and have them in a stable operational state for that period.  There will be opportunity to continue working on them following this effort.

Thanks for everyone's hard work the past few weeks.
