Quick update:

iocsoftig2SHMS doesn't seem to be a 'real' ioc, I'll remove it from HCO.

iocsoftw4spce reports 'Restore Not Ready' - do we need to create a restore set for it?

Rest seem okay to me, I'll mark them ready.

Thanks!  I set iocse14a's HCOSystem to None in CED, and moved all the NDX iocs to Ready.

iocse14a is the FFB IOC for Hall C and does not run EPICS.
I don't think it should be on the HCO list (Only iocse14).
