[acs] Soft ioc log files

Folks,

In the meeting I stated that I thought we agreed to put soft ioc log files here (same location as other ioc logs):
/a/opsdata/ioc_cons

but in examining procServ.conf I noticed some are being placed here (under procServ directory):
/a/opssite/csite6/op/iocs/procServ/logs

Anyone have knowledge or opinion as to the better choice?
