[Injector Upgrade] AIPINJ Phase 1 installation update - Instrumentation Jobs now begin April 12

91 out of 92.   That's the number of Phase 1 high level jobs which have been completed in the last 7 months since Sep 9. 2020.

The final task #92 (baking the Wien girder) should take another ~week to complete.   Consequently,

AIPINJ Phase 1 beam line instrumentation hook-ups (magnets, dc power, bpm's, apertures, viewers, harps, valves) are delayed 1 week, now begins April 12

A small number of instrumentation jobs (PSS, electricians) will proceed next week as planned, Daniel and I will contact and coordinates with those groups.

I'm available if questions, and will give an update at Steve's Mon 13:30 meeting on April 5.
