[Alert_collaboration] Abstract

Hello everyone,

I have compiled all your contributions and wrote an introduction about the
overall goals and ALERT, which made the other abstracts look meager!
I think , we will need to write few more sentences to include deuterium
DVCS which might contrast the simplicity of He-4. We will definitely need
more discussion for the tagged DVCS and EMC.

Anyway, since I am boarding the plane in few minutes, I thought it is
better to send you what I have. Please send me your edits by Sunday so I
can review and be ready for submission Monday.
