[Alert_collaboration] Generated Events for all proposals

Hi Everyone,

I have spent some time working on the event generator and input events 
to the simulation.  Using my event generator I created a set of input 
events which are relevant for all proposals. The documented list can 
found on the wiki:

Some of the processes, e.g. DVMP of the phi, have crude models of the 
cross sections which will need to be improved, however, at this stage 
they are useful for developing a proposal.

Anyway, any feedback, suggestions, questions, or comments are greatly 
appreciated.
