[Alert_collaboration] Fast simulation

Dear Collaborators,

The fast-mc and analysis has been improved for easier use and it is 
fully functional. Mohammad has helped by improving the clas12 
resolutions and to debug running on the farm.

Please pull the latest alert_fastmc if you are planing on using it.
