[Alert_collaboration] Jlab Group Disk

Dear Collaborators,

We have been allocated 100 GB on the jlab group disks under the directory 
"/group/clas12-alert". Please let me know if you want access and I will add you 
to the group user list.

Also, I will locally build/install software so that we are not using old 
versions. See /group/clas12-alert/README.txt for more information.
