Hello,

I pushed the modification of the executive summary updating our run 
plan. I added a footnote to clarify the issue between effective and 
total luminosity seen by CLAS12. I hope it is clear enough this way, 
else do not hesitate to further edit it or come back to me for 
clarification of what I meant.
